Designed to minimize hot spots and create even output from edge to edge of the softbox, the Deflector Plate for BoomBox Softboxes from Angler is a removable accessory the fits into the center of the BoomBox and bounces the light outward towards its edges, allowing it to take on some of the qualities of a beauty dish. Besides the BoomBoxes, the Deflector is also compatible with Westcott’s Rapid Box Octa, Octa Mini, and Rapid Box Strip softboxes.
